The Water

When I arrived at my apartment I found the item below in the kitchen. I did not know what it was. Later (but not too late) I discovered that you are not advised to drink the tap water in Hong Kong. I was able to find an instruction manual for this sophisticated device online, and now use it to boil and purify the tap water.
