If You Can't Take The Heat...

For some reason the one room that has no AC in my apartment is the kitchen. This seems to be a traditional pattern in Hong Kong according to several people I have talked to. I am not sure why but do I really need another disincentive to prepare and cook my own meals. This certainly justifies eating out every night and sampling the relatively cheap, abundant, and rich Asian cuisine.
